Most hardware and software products are secured under manufactures warranty during the initial period of use. If your product is under warranty, the repair and support service may be available for free. Macrofix recommends you to contact product manufacturer in such circumstances.

5) Third-Party Diagnostic Software
Macrofix will use third party software for diagnosing and fixing the problem. The software tools that we used are from the branded companies like Microsoft (e.g. Microsoft Security Essentials) or (AVG Tune up) and so on. You can obtain these third party tools directly from their sites at free of cost. We don’t charge for this software.
6) Proprietary Software
Macrofix does not sell or use any proprietary computer repair software or diagnostic tool.
7) Customer Satisfaction
The customer satisfaction metric is based on an online survey that all our customers are given the option of completing at the end of each repair session. This metric is not based on a third party audit by a market research company specializing in customer satisfaction tracking studies. As this metric may not be accurate measurement of Macrofix customer satisfaction.
8) No Automatic Renewals
It is our policy to not automatically renew our subscribers.

Macrofix doesn’t implant cookies on your computer.
Macrofix tech support services are available on 24x7x365. We will record and monitor all calls for training purpose. If your issues are related to data loss, a proper disclaimer will be issued from the technicians end and then only troubleshooting will be proceed. We will try our best to retrieve data on your computer but we don’t assure the same. Macrofix shall not be responsible for any damage, data loss or other issues during or after the troubleshooting process.
