Salesforce Implementation Services

A successful rollout changes how work gets done, not just where records are stored. Macrofix plans Salesforce implementation around your business processes, users and data, with agreed configuration, selected integrations, acceptance testing, cutover and role-based training.

Build A Rollout Your Teams Can Use And Own

ERP hub connected to customer, commerce, warehouse and reporting systems, with an exception inbox

Start with the decisions your team needs to make: which workflows belong in Salesforce, what information is required and who will own the system after launch. We turn those decisions into a scoped delivery plan with named approvers and practical acceptance criteria.

This page covers implementation delivery across the agreed Salesforce products. Explore our Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Data Cloud pages for product-specific scope. A wider portfolio does not mean every product, feature or license is included in one project.

Salesforce Implementation From Discovery to Adoption

Implementation connects business design to a working release. We define the required configuration, data scope, system handoffs, testing responsibilities and user enablement before agreeing delivery. New deployments and phased expansion of an existing environment need different plans; existing working processes are reviewed before proposing changes.

Discovery, Product Fit and Release Scope

Map the current workflow and target outcome with process owners and representative users. Confirm product and edition fit, user groups, dependencies and a prioritized first release. Record the scope, exclusions, assumptions and decisions so implementation is driven by business needs rather than a checklist of every available feature.

Configuration and Workflow Delivery

Design the agreed records, fields, layouts, permissions, validation and automation for the selected products. Use supported configuration where it meets the requirement and assess custom code only where needed. Review existing flows, packages and connected systems for conflicts, then demonstrate changes in an appropriate test environment.

Data Migration and Integration Readiness

Define the records, relationships and history needed for launch, with source owners responsible for approved clean-up and mapping. Plan test imports, reconciliation and cutover handling. For selected integrations, agree data direction, ownership, error handling and dependency readiness. Unlimited migration or every third-party connector is not assumed included.

Testing, Acceptance and Cutover Planning

Prepare business scenarios for critical workflows, permissions and system handoffs. Track defects and approvals, rehearse the agreed deployment steps and define the response if launch checks fail. Salesforce’s testing guidance distinguishes functional, integration and user acceptance testing; we tailor coverage to your implementation risk.

Training, Adoption and Operational Handover

Train users on the work they actually perform, including managers and administrators. Provide role-based examples, job aids, escalation paths and ownership records. Salesforce’s launch and training guidance reinforces communication and enablement alongside technical deployment. Post-launch support coverage is defined separately.

Agree Your Salesforce Implementation Blueprint

The blueprint connects business requirements to configuration decisions, data mappings, integration contracts and test evidence. It defines who approves the design, who prepares source data and how scope changes are assessed. Milestones are agreed after dependency review rather than presented as a guaranteed timeline for every organization.

Protect Existing Workflows Through Controlled Change

An existing Salesforce environment can contain workflows your teams already depend on. We document the baseline, review proposed changes and test affected processes before production deployment. Authorized owners approve access, business-rule changes and release decisions. Implementation is not a reason to reset the whole environment or broaden permissions without review.

Our Salesforce Implementation Process

Discover and prioritize requirements, design the first release, configure and demonstrate in stages, reconcile data and test workflows, then deploy with explicit approval and user preparation. Review findings at each stage. When dependencies are not ready, record them and adjust the release scope through the agreed change process.

Use Evidence To Make The Go-Live Decision

The go-live decision should be based on observed workflow outcomes, reconciled data and named business approvals. Include unsuccessful paths as well as the happy path: rejected inputs, restricted records, failed interfaces and deployment checks. Document residual issues, agreed workarounds and operational owners before authorizing launch.

Salesforce Implementation FAQs

The agreed scope can include discovery, product fit, configuration, data migration, selected integrations, testing, cutover and training. We specify products, objects, user groups, interfaces and acceptance criteria in the delivery plan. Custom code, additional licenses and ongoing managed support are not automatically bundled.

We assess the existing environment and affected workflows before planning changes. Configuration is demonstrated and tested in an appropriate environment, with approval and deployment controls. No project can promise zero disruption; we agree the change window, checks, recovery decisions and owner responsibilities for your release.

Timing and effort depend on product scope, workflow complexity, data quality, interfaces, approvals and team availability. We estimate after discovery and dependency review. Salesforce subscriptions and third-party charges are separate commercial items; we do not quote a universal timeline or fixed price without an agreed scope.

It can be included for named objects, relationships and history. We agree source responsibilities, mappings, clean-up, rehearsals and reconciliation evidence. Large legacy archives, complex transformations or a separate CRM replacement may need a dedicated migration workstream and estimate.

We start with the business requirement and assess supported configuration. Custom code or a package is considered when it adds justified value, with maintenance, testing and ownership implications documented. We do not rebuild a working standard capability simply to add customization.

The handover includes agreed documentation, training, known issues and operational contacts. Any stabilization period, incident coverage, administration or recurring managed service is defined in the commercial scope. Your business owners continue to approve process changes and priorities after launch.
